Complaints Procedure

We are committed to delivering the highest level of client service. If you are not happy with the work we are doing or have any other issue, please contact us immediately. We will send a written acknowledgement to you within 2 working days of receipt and will investigate the matters you raise. We will then endeavour to send a full written response to you within 7 working days of receipt. We will do all that we can to resolve matters to your satisfaction.

If this is not possible, you have the right to refer your complaint to the Legal Services Ombudsman and this must be done within 6 months of receiving a final response to your complaint from us and no more than 6 years from the act or omission complained about or 3 years from when you should have known there was cause for complaint. Full details are on their website – www.legalombudsman.org.uk

You also have the right to make a complaint to the Solicitors Regulation Authority in the circumstances explained on their website – https://www.sra.org.uk/consumers/problems/report-solicitor/ This covers matters such as allegations of dishonesty or discrimination and failure to meet the standards required by that body.
